Twistish sells handmade keychains, bag charms, phone charms, wristlets, and cute accessories. Since each item is handmade, small variations in color, size, bead placement, or finish may occur.

How to order

Custom orders

Custom orders can include preferred colors, initials, charms, themes, or design references. We will confirm availability, expected timeline, and pricing before starting the order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shared before order confirmation. Orders are confirmed only after payment or advance payment, depending on the item and customization level.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines depend on product availability, customization, and delivery location. We will share estimated dispatch and delivery details during order confirmation.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because products are handmade and many items may be customized, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective items reported soon after delivery. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started unless agreed by Twistish.

Care instructions

Keep handmade accessories away from water, perfumes, harsh chemicals, and rough handling. Store them gently when not in use.
